Use this planner with a notebook. It is not a simulator. It is a way to stop taking four entry operators into a hostage map. Rules live in squad building. Ranks live in squad comps. Names live in confirmed operators.

Step 1 — write the four jobs

If a row is empty, your four is a trailer. Fill the row or change the mission. Mission types tell you which closer hat to wear.

Step 2 — pick a template

Copy one line, then swap a single name if someone is injured in HQ.

The precision row is allowed to look messy. Glaz does not fill space. If you take him, you still owe the funnel a body or a very good reason.

Step 3 — stress the bench

Assume one name is unavailable. Rewrite the four.

• No Doc → Finka, and accept more risk.
• No Montagne → you need a different space plan; among the nine you mostly do not have one. Play slower, take fewer holes.
• No Twitch → extra drone time plus Nøkk. Do not skip recon.
• No Ash and no Sledge → Zofia is your entry. If she is also down, pick a different operation on the world map.

That stress test is the whole point of a 15-person roster. Six of those people are still hidden on the roster. Leave two blank lines in your notebook for them.

Step 4 — write the Breach sentence

One sentence, no commas if you can help it. Example: “Twitch fries the trap, Sledge opens kitchen, Montagne fills the door, Doc watches the hostage wall.” If you cannot write the sentence, you are not ready to click confirm. Practice the habit on how to Breach.

Step 5 — after the mission

Record only three numbers: minutes (or turns) to intel complete, operators downed, objective success. Ignore highlight kills. Bring the card back to how to play if intel was slow, or to roles if a job was empty.

This planner will gain a tenth column when a tenth operator is real. It will not gain fake cooldowns. If you want storefronts instead of names, switch to platforms.
